Welcome to 4MACS
Four Mile Adventist Christian School (4MACS) is an accredited Christian school serving students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. We are dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education that nurtures academic excellence, strong character, and a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Owned and operated by the Cañon City Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4MACS is part of the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, a worldwide educational system committed to developing the whole child through faith-based learning.
Our Philosophy
At 4MACS, we believe that God is the ultimate source of truth, wisdom, and knowledge. The Seventh-day Adventist philosophy of education is rooted in the biblical story of Creation, the Fall, and Redemption.
We believe that God created humanity in His image with a purpose for a meaningful and abundant life. Although sin has affected that original design, God’s plan of redemption through Jesus Christ restores our relationship with Him. Education is an essential part of that restoration, helping students grow in faith, knowledge, wisdom, and service.
Guided by the Holy Spirit, our educational program seeks to develop the whole person by nurturing:

School Governance
Four Mile Adventist Christian School is governed by a local School Board composed of members selected by the Cañon City Seventh-day Adventist Church. The Board provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure the school faithfully carries out its mission while maintaining the educational standards of the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Schools and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
